About Invisible Themes We are a team of 20 that builds and maintains five themes (and more to come!) for the Shopify Theme Store.

About the Role

This is a full time position based in our Varna office. You will work closely with our engineering team to turn conceptual designs into high-quality finished products.

As a product designer you will be responsible for:

• Designing, iterating, and prototyping high-fidelity mockups of design concepts
• Designing product settings that provide a simple and powerful experience for users
• Designing beautiful animations that match the style of a theme
• Working closely with the engineering team to ensure a high-quality implementation of your designs
• Working closely with the design team, contributing to a strategic design process to optimize the themes new and existing features
• Actively collaborate with every part of the product team through the entire product development cycle: Ideation, implementation, testing, evaluating and iterations.

About the Applicant

The ideal candidate has:

• Strong product and web design experience
• Excellent visual taste and a strong eye for quality
• Experience using Figma, Sketch or Photoshop
• Design system knowledge or experience
• Shopify experience is a plus
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Fluent English written and spoken
• An excellent sense of humor :)
